Well, We’re Movin’ On Up!
So MUCH to say. You all probably are thinking I thrive on stress. And maybe I do. But just a little. I prefer to think of it as being flexible and adaptable.
And now I’m asking you (again) to be flexible and adaptable with me (again) and change those feeds and blogrolls (again).
Or not. I totally understand if you’re fed up with me and all my drama. I’m certainly not asking you to admit that you love it or anything…. and I’m not “desperately trying to eliminate readers” as hubby just sweetly inquired.
Change the feeds and blogrolls if you want. Either way, I’ll be here and not there.
BFF Status is your prerogative.
Actually, Heather at Desperately Seeking Sanity is offering a new service for Wordpress users!!! And I took her up on her gracious offer to bless upgrade me in exchange for some exposure.
I’m waiting for her to figure out I probably wasn’t the smartest choice. But I’ve got a big mouth, so I’m guessing that’s why she chose me. That, and she took pity on my recent Mother Breach issue.
Heather is A. MAZ. ING. Crazy-stupid-smart, funny, FAST and reasonably priced. She’s the whole package, people. (And we love the same Jesus, so score there too!)
For anyone who has EVER said Wordpress sucks (that would be me), Wordpress does NOT suck. It just takes a little gentle education, that’s all.
And that is Heather’s forte. “Educating stupid people at a reasonable rate.” (Nice little tag line, yes? Maybe she will consider it.) Seriously, I think she sees it as something of a ministry. For real.
She has partnered with DCR Designs on the design side of Wordpress upgrades, but she’s got a package for you if you already have a header that you love. (That would be me, again.)
It’s a win-win-win, you-her-me. If you are in need of Wordpress assistance, whether you’re starting from scrap, moving from another blogging platform or want to upgrade from Wordpress.com to your own “deluxe apartment blog in the sky”, Heather’s your girl.
But you’d better get in line. And be quick about it. Consider yourself warned.
Before I go, just want to give Heather this interim award, until I can take her out for dinner at Spondivits the next time she’s traveling through Atlanta.
